By accessing predatortech.online, registering as a member, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our platform.

2. About PredatorGear

PredatorGear is a private, members-only platform supplying premium tactical equipment to verified professionals. All products are MIL-SPEC tested and field-ready. Access to the platform, pricing, and products is restricted to approved members only.

3. Membership and Access

Access to PredatorGear is not open to the general public. By registering, you confirm that:

– You are 18 years of age or older
– You are a verified professional or an authorized representative of an organization
– The information you provide during registration is accurate and truthful
– You will not share your login credentials with any unauthorized party

PredatorGear reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke membership at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

4. Permitted Use

By accessing our platform, you agree to:

– Use the platform solely for lawful purposes
– Not attempt to circumvent member verification or access restrictions
– Not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content, product listings, or proprietary data from the platform
– Not use the platform to facilitate any transaction that violates applicable local, national, or international law

5. Legal Compliance — Tactical and Restricted Equipment

PredatorGear sells equipment that may be subject to regulations in certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to body armor, ballistic protection, and tactical gear.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

– You are legally permitted to purchase, possess, and use the ordered items in your jurisdiction
– You will comply with all applicable import, export, and end-use regulations
– You will not resell or transfer restricted items to unauthorized parties

PredatorGear is not liable for any legal consequences arising from a member’s failure to comply with local laws and regulations.

6. Quote Requests

Submitting a quote request does not constitute a confirmed order. Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance of a quote and receipt of payment. PredatorGear reserves the right to decline any quote request without obligation.

7. Custom Fit Program

By participating in the Custom Fit Program, you agree that:

– You are responsible for the accuracy of all measurements and specifications submitted
– Custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production begins
– Production timelines provided are estimates and may vary based on specification complexity

8. Pricing

All pricing is exclusive to verified members and is subject to change without notice. Prices displayed within the platform are not publicly available. The price confirmed in your quote or order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

9. Payment

Payment is required in full prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards and other methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. We do not store full payment details on our servers.

10. Shipping and Delivery

– PredatorGear offers discreet global delivery. All shipments are packaged without external branding or identifying markings
– Orders are dispatched within **48 hours** of payment confirmation unless otherwise stated
– Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary by destination and logistics conditions
– PredatorGear is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control
– Risk of loss passes to the member upon handover to the shipping carrier

11. Returns and Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. Custom orders and restricted items (including body armor) are non-refundable. Please review the Refund Policy before confirming any order.

12. Confidentiality

Members agree to keep platform access, pricing, product availability, and member-exclusive information confidential. Sharing platform content, pricing, or member credentials outside the platform is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including logos, product descriptions, imagery, and brand assets, is the property of PredatorGear and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products and services are provided “as is.” While all equipment is MIL-SPEC tested, PredatorGear does not warrant that any product will meet the specific operational requirements of every user. Individual results may vary based on conditions of use.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PredatorGear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

16. Account Termination

PredatorGear reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the platform or other members. Termination does not entitle the member to a refund of any pending orders unless they have not yet entered production or dispatch.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

18. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
